Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the technical proposal of the sales project, cooperate with the sales team to complete the technical communication with users, application system demonstration and Q&A, etc., cooperate with the sales team to achieve the business and performance, expand important customers, and promote project planning and support;
2. Explore and understand customers' pain point needs and plans, match the company's relevant products and solutions, and develop market opportunities;
3. At the same time, be responsible for the overall analysis of the industry market status, trends, competing products, needs, etc., and feed back to the relevant departments of the company;
4. Cooperate with other departments in user communication, data sharing, technical coordination, etc;
5. Customer demand feedback, product problems, improvement suggestions, etc., give constructive suggestions on product planning and R&D, and promote the competitiveness of internal products;
6. Publicity and promotion of the company's new products, internal training, basic data preparation, etc;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 3+years of working experience;
3. Be familiar with enterprise management and financial and tax management software;
4. Strong customer communication ability;
5. Good logical thinking and skilled operation of office software.
