Job requirements

Job responsibilities:

1. Analyze the demands of recruitment posts and their role in the team according to the needs of business lines;

2. Keep close communication with department business, make business diagnosis and provide solutions based on HR position;

3. Assist in the implementation of various policies and systems in the business department, and cooperate in the organization and implementation of the company's training and corporate cultural activities;

4. Temporary support for HR module (including training, performance, salary, employee relationship, etc.).


Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3 years of HRBP related working experience, and HRBP background in enterprise software service industry is preferred;

2. Be familiar with the work content of each module of human resources management, be able to go deep into the front line of business, and provide professional human resources solutions and policy advice for business departments;

3. Open minded, enthusiastic, good at communication, strong ability to implement and resist pressure, and strong driving force and problem solving ability.
