Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for special projects of remote support;
2. Be responsible for after-sales support of special projects and keep good communication with customers;
3. Communicate and coordinate with customers and project managers, record and solve problems encountered, maintain an efficient work communication and resource coordination mechanism with various departments, and immediately feed back periodic problems and results;
4. Classify, summarize and share regularly;
5. Issue quarterly operation report.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with no limitation on majors;
2. Have basic financial and tax knowledge, be familiar with industry, financial and tax related products, and have operation experience in related products is preferred;
3. Understand the financial and taxation industry and financial and taxation system, and those with relevant resources are preferred (e.g. familiar with the organizational structure and functional system of the tax bureau, or understand the internal system of local channel resources);
4. Be proactive, communicate effectively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand pressure;
5. They can provide technical training and have good training skills.
